Notes

Firm, slightly crumbly texture with a rich golden color. Has a good balance of sharpness and creaminess with notes of butter and a slight grassiness from the Irish milk. Enjoyed it on a sandwich and also just straight off the cutting board. Solid everyday cheddar that's a step up from standard supermarket options.
