This brie was perfectly ripe with a soft, creamy texture. The flavor was mild and buttery with just a hint of mushroom. The rind was thin and had that classic white bloom. Paired wonderfully with a crisp apple and a glass of Chardonnay. I would definitely buy this again for a cheese board with friends.
