This fresh mozzarella was a delight - milky white, tender and pillowy texture that's slightly elastic. Clean, delicate dairy flavor with the perfect level of saltiness. Made a classic Caprese salad with heirloom tomatoes and basil from the garden. Simple but sublime when you have quality ingredients.
