Notes

This Roquefort is intense! Creamy, crumbly texture with prominent blue veining. The flavor is sharp, salty, and has that distinct sheep's milk tanginess. There's definitely a bold, peppery punch that lingers on the palate. Paired with honey to balance the intensity and a glass of Sauternes - perfect combination!
